I took my cat to this veterinary clinic for spaying. I got her back in very bad shape, bleeding from her anus. Sadly, she passed away this morning. The vet said it couldn't have been from the surgery, but my cat was fine beforehand. I paid over €200 and now she's dead.

This veterinary practice is simply fantastic! Not only is the price-performance ratio excellent, but the friendliness, the big heart for animals, the high level of commitment, especially from the owner, Ms. Mayrshofer, and the understanding shown to overprotective pet owners by all the staff and veterinarians is simply outstanding ❤️!

I have to say, I've had good experiences with this practice. For example, my cat had fleas for a year. I tried everything until I came to this practice. The advice was excellent, and I only had to use the treatment and the fogger once. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it worked wonders.

We had to have our beloved dog put to sleep today. The appointment was actually scheduled for tomorrow, but due to his poor condition, we were allowed to come in today so he wouldn't suffer any longer. Ms. Mayrshofer and her assistant were incredibly compassionate, and the veterinarian lovingly cared for our darling. I am so grateful to her for that. She stroked him with me until his very last breath. As I was paying the bill at the exit, I noticed a wooden sign. It said something like, "Someone is saying goodbye to their pet, and please speak quietly so as not to disturb them." A small candle was burning. That really touched me. Thank you again! If we ever need a vet again, I know which one I'll choose!
