As an English speaker, I had no trouble here. The staff obviously loves animals, but they're also great at communicating with the pet owners and did a great job thoroughly assessing my cat (who had had a fall) for any injuries.

I strongly recommend this location to treat your animal, they have a very flexible attendance schedule, people that work there are friendly, helpful and speak very good english.

They have the most affordable weekend service I could find in Vienna. I paid 200€ for the checkup, an infusion, probiotics and diet food. In other emergency hospitals the weekend fee STARTS at 260€ without any other service. Here at starts at 100€, which is great. The staff was friendly and took good care of my dog. They didn’t go in depth about what the possible reasons were for her stomach problem but answered all my questions upon asking. Thank you!

We got home. for we are already well. tomorrow we come back for another x-ray. Thank you for your service, professionalism, and friendliness. My baby (Bebe, my kitten) is already eating and drinking. Thank you, you guys are fantastic.

Very easy to go, with appointments done over the phone. Very good staff and great location.
