Really nice staff. The dogs were very happy. Their facility is very clean and safe during COVID, which gives peace of mind. Your fur babies will love it here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Veterinary Medicine Center in Pürgen – especially Dr. Stroh and Dr. Samain. After visiting numerous veterinarians and clinics in Augsburg, where no one could identify the primary diagnosis, the correct diagnosis was made immediately at our first appointment in Pürgen. The expertise, trained eye, and professional precision of Dr. Stroh and Dr. Samain finally revealed what my cat was truly suffering from. This clarity after so many unanswered questions was incredibly important to us. Unfortunately, the diagnosis is a brain tumor – news that emotionally devastated me. I am all the more grateful not only for the medical expertise but also for the compassionate care at this practice. A very special thank you also goes to Ms. Folk at reception. Her empathy, calm demeanor, and genuine concern provided me with enormous emotional support at that moment. She took her time, was understanding and compassionate – and that's anything but a given in a situation like this. Here, they not only work at the highest professional level, but also with heart.
