They speak English and are not afraid of my dog. Always perfect.

Arrived in Vienna and had to wait a couple of hours till our room was ready. We went for a walk and fell upon this zoo by luck and what a wonderful way to spend our 1st day here. Beautiful grounds, endless history, stunning scenes when you get to the top and to put the cherry on top, they had polar bears which I have never seen in the flesh. Without doubt the best zoo I've ever been to 🤎🤍🤎

Very friendly, competent and caring staff. We take our dog there for regular check-ups, vaccinations and clipping his nails.

Quick and uncomplicated help, as well as excellent advice and care. Special praise for Dr. Vielgrader – she is an extremely competent and empathetic doctor and saved us further unnecessary trips. Thank you very much!
