I'm absolutely thrilled! We had an "emergency" on Saturday evening (a cut on his paw pad). The vet was on call, and I called to ask if we should bring him in or not. I received such kind and friendly help! They explained exactly what to do and how I should behave, and they also passed the information on to our regular vet. I'm incredibly grateful and happy with how wonderfully we were treated here!!

Due to a serious injury to my cat Simba's left eye, my vet referred me as an emergency case to Dr. Nina Müller's practice. The chance of my darling keeping his eye was 50/50. Today, December 5th, 2025, after almost three weeks, Simba's nictitating membrane was removed. I am still overjoyed and overwhelmed that Simba kept his eye and that it healed so well. My thanks go to Dr. Mrazovic for her incredible treatment; my darling was in the best hands. Thank you for your loving way of caring for my sweetheart.
