Very friendly and relaxed with the animals. We felt comfortable. Communication with the doctor could be a bit better. It's a bit difficult to understand at times. Top-notch professionalism.
I find Dr. Turbahn and his wife to be very competent, as well as resolute and empathetic. Because they themselves have owned/have cats, Dr. Turbahn is very knowledgeable about feline pathology (in my opinion)... I myself am a human physician.
