Dr. Lorenz accompanied our Charlie on his final journey, even though we weren't her patients before. She came immediately, examined him, prescribed pain medication and CBD, and, what gives me so much security and confidence, she is available to us around the clock. This service is simply so wonderful in difficult times and truly priceless. Thank you for your compassion, your effort, your empathy. Highly recommended.

Dear Ms. Lorenz, Thank you so much for your help, and I'd like to thank you again and again. First, with my Gordon Setter Lena, who had a stroke, and then with the second one, unfortunately, nothing more could be done, but you came to euthanize her peacefully in familiar surroundings. Then again today with my Paula, who had a sudden, severe allergic reaction... her mouth and eyes swelled up within a very short time. You arrived very quickly and helped the dog immediately, listened to me, and eased my fears. Truly exemplary, and thank you for everything!

Dr. Lorenz is an absolute godsend for us. She has been providing mobile veterinary care for our two cats for some time now, and I am always impressed by her calm demeanor, expertise, and genuine care. A home visit is invaluable, especially with cats. Our two feel much safer in their familiar surroundings, and Dr. Lorenz always takes the time they need. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Lorenz. Yesterday we had an emergency with our dog. She was stung in the throat and had trouble breathing. Since our vet was still closed, I called her and we were able to come immediately, even though she was dealing with another emergency. We are very grateful.
