Saying goodbye to our pet was one of the hardest moments for us. Ms. Lorenz supported us through this difficult time with incredible compassion, calm, and empathy. As a mobile veterinarian, she came to our home and dedicated a great deal of time to us—both for our pet and for us. It's immediately clear that she practices her profession with genuine love. She handled our pet's final journey with great dignity, peace, and respect, which was a tremendous help to us. We are deeply grateful to her for this. A full five stars for such humanity, empathy, and dedication.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Lorenz. Yesterday we had an emergency with our dog. She was stung in the throat and had trouble breathing. Since our vet was still closed, I called her and we were able to come immediately, even though she was dealing with another emergency. We are very grateful.

Dr. Lorenz is an exceptionally competent and warm-hearted veterinarian. My Labrador, Alice, was quite agitated at the appointment, but Dr. Lorenz handled her with incredible calm, patience, and affection. It's immediately clear that she truly understands animals and works with great empathy. Despite Alice's anxiety, she explained everything carefully, worked professionally, and took her time until Alice calmed down. This combination of expertise, experience, and genuine love for animals is rare. I am very grateful for the compassionate care – highly recommended!

Dear Ms. Lorenz, Thank you so much for your help, and I'd like to thank you again and again. First, with my Gordon Setter Lena, who had a stroke, and then with the second one, unfortunately, nothing more could be done, but you came to euthanize her peacefully in familiar surroundings. Then again today with my Paula, who had a sudden, severe allergic reaction... her mouth and eyes swelled up within a very short time. You arrived very quickly and helped the dog immediately, listened to me, and eased my fears. Truly exemplary, and thank you for everything!
