We're now seeing this vet with our cat and couldn't be happier. Our cat is usually very difficult at the vet and needs a lot of patience – yet everyone here takes an incredible amount of time and remains calm and friendly at all times. You can tell that the team truly loves animals. We're allowed to be present during every treatment, everything is explained clearly, and we feel taken seriously. The prices are also fair and transparent – ​​no surprises, just clear communication. Our cat is much more relaxed here than ever before at a vet, which is the highest praise we can give. We feel in excellent hands and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

SHOCKED! Our son opened our parakeets' aviary, and my Crimson Rosella got caught in a sticky trap. As if that wasn't bad enough, the vet didn't feel responsible for this urgent emergency. They referred me to a bird clinic 30 km away. I don't have a car, I said... well, they couldn't do anything, they told me to wash him with dish soap. I explained that he's not tame and I don't know how to hold him down effectively to wash him... and then, completely heartless, they laughed and said, "Well, then we can't do anything either!" As I hung up, furious and 1000% pissed off, I saw that the practice was closing in 30 minutes. Congratulations, a pet vet just lets the situation slide like that! So much for the love of animals. It's all about the money! I'm incredibly disappointed!!! I'm taking him to the animal hospital first thing tomorrow morning.
