My cat was sick, and I got an appointment for the same day. When I arrived, they asked for my vaccination certificate, because my cat isn't vaccinated and doesn't have one. Instead of accepting this decision, they accused me of only being sick because I didn't vaccinate her and that it was my own fault. They gave me flyers and threatened me with questions to see if I'd read them. The cost was exorbitant, and they told me I had to come back two more times for a check-up. I'm disappointed and angry about this kind of advice. I immediately changed vets.
