On Christmas Eve morning, I had to take my puppy to a vet near Schotten. Dr. Biermann was on call that day. I got an appointment within an hour and didn't have to wait; I was able to go straight into the examination room. Dr. Biermann is very direct and tells you very bluntly what could be life-threatening. The way he said it wasn't ideal for me at the time, as I was already completely worried, but of course, he has to explain and prepare you for what it could be. After the examination, anything more serious was ruled out. My puppy was already feeling much better by the afternoon after the treatment. Since I'm used to vet prices in Frankfurt, I was pleasantly surprised by the rather "low" bill. Regardless of Dr. Biermann's personality and whether you're comfortable with it, what's always important to me is that my dog ​​is well cared for and that the vet is knowledgeable, and Dr. Biermann certainly is.

Simply perfect!! We went to several clinics with our Thor (Husky Malamut), always just expensive remedies, tips and tricks, everything was expensive and bought, nothing helped. We called Dr. Biermann, explained the situation over the phone (a super friendly assistant who knew what he was doing and immediately took the time), and he gave us an appointment straight away. We went there, and after months of struggle, thanks to him, our dog is on the mend!! Highly professional, very empathetic and informative!! A perfect veterinary practice with a great "boss"!!!!
