Excellent Veterinary Practice & Holistic Care at ATiGAO / Dr. Jean-Yves Guray Our miniature dachshund, Leeloo, had a serious accident: Another dog grabbed her and shook her violently. Afterwards, she still showed pain reflexes in her front paws, but couldn't move them properly. It was a case of flaccid paralysis, which understandably worried us greatly. I emailed the ATiGAO practice of Dr. Jean-Yves Guray in Kalkar. We received a quick response and were able to come in promptly. We were warmly and attentively welcomed at the practice. Dr. Guray took plenty of time, examined Leeloo thoroughly, and explained everything to us clearly and calmly. He reassured us and outlined possible outcomes. He began acupuncture immediately afterwards. Even though she can't yet use her front paws with full force, we feel we are receiving excellent care at this practice. The combination of professional expertise, experience, and genuine empathy is incredibly helpful in this situation. We will continue to provide updates on Leeloo's condition. We can already wholeheartedly recommend this practice – a true support both personally and professionally.

This is the best thing that ever happened to my animal, that I met this doctor. I was there 7 years ago with my Chihuahua, she was in a lot of trouble back then, not only was she walking in slow motion, she must have been in a lot of pain, she wasn't drinking or eating, we gave her everything with a syringe. We went to 2 clinics and 9 vets, everyone said something different, everything from her heart to her thyroid and pancreas, they even wanted to put my dog down. By chance I heard about Dr. Guray, we had exactly 2 treatments and my animal was healthy and happy. He saved her life. Now, 7 years later, my dog had health problems again and a lot of pain, just like before, I made an appointment with Dr. Guray straight away and after 2 treatments he got her back walking again. Her back was sprained, she probably fell somewhere or whatever, I didn't notice anything. I can't recommend Dr. I would recommend it to everyone as the animal is not damaged with cortisone or antibiotics.

I was fortunate enough to complete my basic training with Dr. Jean-Yves Guray and have since attended numerous advanced training courses with him. Each one has been a truly enriching experience. This week I was able to attend his course on equine osteo-acupuncture and I am once again deeply impressed. Dr. Guray is one of a kind! His seminars are never mere "courses"—they change your perspective, broaden your understanding, and enrich not only your work with animals but also your attitude toward their owners. No question remains unanswered, no topic is treated superficially. You leave each seminar with new knowledge, new inspiration, and a deeper understanding of the philosophy and tradition of Chinese medicine. I am grateful to be able to walk this path with him!

Absolutely fantastic! After three years, our horse can finally lift its hooves normally and canter. We had other osteopaths out, but none were as competent as Dr. Gueray, because he immediately identified the problem. It was worth every penny!
