I don't know the practice itself, but the vet is definitely not putting her heart into it! She's already canceled on us twice for age-related euthanasia of our dogs (home visit). She wasn't on vacation or even taking a break! She also refused to help my friend during a birth because she was already off duty (same practice location). If my free time is that important to me, I'll turn off my phone or not answer it. If the animals' health were important to me, I'd go out to help even during my free time or if it gets inconvenient! That's what a GOOD vet does! We finally found a helpful vet, even though it wasn't in his area anymore! He wasn't thrilled with what he heard either!!!
I can highly recommend this veterinarian. We had a minor emergency while on vacation, and Ms. Putzke cared for our Linus with great care and patience. Thank you so much!
Ms. Putzke is always available and always has good advice for our cat, even over the phone. Of course, she's also available on holidays!

We were on vacation at Lake Müritz when our dog suddenly vomited blood in the early morning hours. We got in touch with this wonderful veterinarian through the emergency number. Even though she was much too far away, she texted us the mobile number of a vet on call closer to us. I've never met such a helpful and friendly vet. I'm sure she's also top-notch professionally. Highly recommended!!! By the way...the dog is doing well again. ☺️
