We were on vacation at Lake Müritz when our dog suddenly vomited blood in the early hours of the morning. We reached this wonderful vet via the emergency number. Even though she was far too far away, she texted us the cell phone number of a vet on duty near us. I've never experienced such a helpful, friendly vet. I'm sure she's also top-notch in her field. Highly recommended!!! By the way...the dog is doing well again. ☺️

Ms. Putzke is always available and always has good advice for our cat, even over the phone. Of course, she's also available on holidays!

A very kind and friendly veterinarian who makes appointments for emergencies, even on holidays. You can also contact her outside of opening hours if you have any problems.

I highly recommend the vet. We had a minor emergency while on vacation, and Ms. Putzke cared for our Linus with great care and patience. Thank you so much!

I don't know the practice itself, but the vet certainly doesn't have her heart in it! This is already the second time she's canceled our euthanasia appointment (home visit). She wasn't on vacation or off duty! She also refused to help my friend with a birth because she was already off duty (same practice location). If off duty is that important to me, I turn off my cell phone or stop answering it. If the animals' health were important to me, I'd drive out to help even after work or whenever it's inconvenient! That's what a GOOD vet would do! We finally found a helpful vet, even though this was no longer in his area! He wasn't thrilled with what he'd heard either!!!
