I highly recommend this vet. My 16-year-old dog decided to get a swollen molar. The veterinary practice helped me immediately without an appointment and took their time. The vets and nurses were incredibly kind to my dogs, and the treatment was top-notch. Now our vacation can begin! P.S. I don't understand the bad reviews here.

The emergency veterinary service number led us to Dr. Schuppelius's practice in the night of June 13, 2025. My boxer was terminally ill, and his health was rapidly deteriorating. We couldn't let him suffer. The vet was there for us during his final hours. She was very empathetic and took her time with us. She offered comfort during this very painful time. She couldn't have helped us better. There's a rainbow wall there where you can leave a photo of your beloved pet as a memorial. I personally think it's a lovely idea, because I want my boy to never be forgotten. Now, a few months later, I have a puppy. I knew immediately: I wanted to go back to this practice and see this vet. Even today, she took the necessary time for a thorough and helpful consultation with the puppy. The entire team is friendly. The trainee took excellent care of my puppy, so the puppy's first visit to the vet was a positive experience. A big thank you to the whole team! We are satisfied.

After a botched castration at another veterinarian, I ended up taking my cat to Dr. Schuppelius. During this very stressful time, the entire practice team demonstrated exceptional care, competence, and dedication. We were always taken seriously, given thorough advice, and informed about every step of the treatment. We were particularly impressed by how quickly they reacted to the deterioration of his condition and how much time the veterinarian dedicated to him. It was always clear that our cat's well-being was their top priority. We are grateful for the professional care and the compassionate support. We wholeheartedly recommend the practice based on its expertise, accessibility, and loving approach to animals. The practice's opening hours are also commendable. A very good veterinary practice with heart and expertise. I've been taking my animals to Dr. Schuppelius for quite some time now and feel I'm in excellent hands. Everyone is very empathetic and makes both owner and animal feel very comfortable. The veterinary assistants are always friendly and helpful. Everything is always examined and explained thoroughly. Plenty of time is taken for questions, etc. The waiting times are short, and the practice is well-organized. I'm very happy with Dr. Schuppelius and the entire team. A very good and competent practice team.

Three years ago, I took my diabetic cat to this vet. She was actually under the care of another vet, but it was an emergency and I needed to help my feline friend. Anyway, my cat had stopped eating, her fur was dull, and she was losing a lot of weight. She followed me around with all the strength she had left. When I arrived at the clinic, my cat was examined. Blood was drawn to check if everything was alright. Since the blood test took some time, my cat was given an IV with fluids while it was being analyzed. Then the results came back. Her liver and kidneys weren't functioning properly. The vet told me that the kidneys could be repaired, but not the liver. So I had to make a decision. The Rainbow Bridge was the better option for my pet. I was given enough time (at the clinic) to say goodbye to my pet right then and there. I will never forget that silence. She was then put down by this vet, who placed her in the carrier and asked me, "Are you able to drive?" I nodded. She said I could arrange for someone to pick me up and I could get the car tomorrow. It wouldn't be a problem. As I was about to leave, she added, "Please be careful on the road." With this short story, I want to say that Ms. Schepplius was very empathetic, not only with my pet but also as its owner.
