We came all the way from Berlin. And we felt very well cared for. You can immediately tell that the animal's well-being is their top priority. We would definitely visit this practice again and/or recommend them without hesitation. A wonderful veterinarian with a heart of gold. 🌸 Bobby and we say thank you 🌸

Our Fiby has been suffering from vomiting and diarrhea for quite some time. Until recently, no vet had really been able to treat her, unfortunately... and the costs had skyrocketed. She's now 13 years old, and luckily, after moving to the Uckermark region, we decided to go to Dr. Sven Sturmat on a whim. Besides, no other vet was willing to see us on Friday afternoon, even though our dog wasn't feeling well and had blood in her stool. It was completely different with Dr. Sturmat, Sven... a quick phone call... and his response was: "Of course, you can come right away. I'm on duty until 6:00 PM." We arrived at 5:00 PM, Fiby was examined, she received an injection, and the vet said: "She'll be on the mend in an hour." And he was right... period. We had a good feeling about choosing this practice from the start. The staff are very friendly, and the costs are reasonable. You immediately feel comfortable with this doctor; he knows what he's doing and gives absolutely competent medical advice. We went for a follow-up appointment on Saturday, another injection, and then three days of pills, and the ordeal is over. A huge compliment to the doctor and his team; you did a fantastic job, and our Fibsy now has a new family doctor and favorite doctor... Thank you again so much, and we can finally sleep through the night again without nighttime strolls through the garden...

A truly fantastic veterinarian. I highly recommend them. I've moved, but I'm happy to make the approximately 55 km trip.

Thank you so much for the quick help. My Maltese, Balu, was treated competently as always, I received excellent advice, and we're both doing great again. The food recommendation also helped us get back on our feet quickly. We really like the new practice – it's spacious and bright, and you feel very welcome there.
