a great colleague
A very patient therapist. She approaches the situation with understanding for both the owner and the animal.
Super nice, especially towards the animals, and above all: Heike is really talented!! Her great skills have always helped us!! Top-notch, this colleague has "golden hands". 👍
We were at Mrs. Gehling's yesterday with Flocke. She was simply wonderful and very patient.
