Reviews
Our 9-week-old puppy was stung by a wasp. Of course, it happened on a Sunday afternoon. Mr. Andreas Hensch was immediately available and helped us quickly. Our dogs also received expert treatment in two other emergency situations. Whether a practice is large or small and modernly equipped is irrelevant in such a moment. What matters is that the animal receives competent care, and Mr. Hensch definitely provides that. The fact that we can call him anytime, even at night, speaks volumes. I'm so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian in the next village.
Very nice vet...quick help for our cat. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back when our other animals need help.
I am very grateful that Mr. Hensch was recommended to me: unfortunately, two other veterinarians failed to recognize the danger, and my rabbit almost died. I find him to be an exceptionally friendly, thorough, empathetic, and animal-loving veterinarian who also appreciates a dwarf rabbit as a living being and does everything he can to make it feel better. I will definitely continue to use his services and can only recommend him. I don't think it's right that he should be unfairly insulted if he really did make a mistake, as mentioned in one review. I could describe dozens of misdiagnoses by both human and veterinary doctors. With animals that can't even tell you what hurts, and it all depends on the owner's description, diagnoses are all the more difficult! I highly recommend him!
This is no vet, I'm disappointed. He only looked at the animal for four days beforehand, no examination, nothing, just ointment for a supposed eye infection? Normally, you'd expect a vet to examine the bird's droppings, rear end, mouth, wings, or anything else. No, one to three days later the bird wasn't even able to eat until I called, and when I replied that it was urgent (come tomorrow), he said it was an emergency? What kind of vet was that? My parents were there, and I told them to take the bird's droppings and show them what was wrong. Worms were under control. Thanks again to this vet for this help. The bird died that night from complications of chlamydia, which he could have detected on the first day with a proper examination, like any vet does – taking a droppings sample directly, not waiting until a bird is staggering. A vet like that should have his license revoked. But the main thing is pocketing money. When I called him personally to tell him the bird had died, he just said, "That's nature, they can handle it," with a slight laugh. So, this is what animal welfare is all about: taking money and making trivial things ridiculous. Learn a proper trade or leave it alone. I'm also posting pictures of the bird from day one to the last. I'm truly sorry the little one had to suffer. Any vet would notice something like that. Thanks for no help.
A very competent veterinarian who does an excellent job and helped my dog tremendously. Reasonable prices and highly professional 👍 Highly recommended.
