Very nice woman. However, due to past circumstances, I was notified too late, even though I arrived at the door for the agreed appointment. I was left standing there and refused treatment, and not only was the notification not personal or professional, but it was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I would not recommend her. I find it very unfortunate, as she was a nice woman and always very loving towards the animals; they seemed very comfortable there.

As a long-time customer, I feel I am in excellent hands with Ms. Sendler in all matters. Regarding the 1-star review, I would like to say that if Ms. Sendler reacted that way, I suspect she had a very good reason. Ms. Sendler takes a great deal of time to provide thorough and transparent explanations and offers effective solutions for all parties involved.

This veterinarian is a very warm and friendly woman; she explains things clearly and understandably. My dog ​​immediately felt comfortable there (and so did we, of course), even though he's usually a bit wary of others. He also got plenty of cuddles. I highly recommend this practice. I'm very satisfied with the friendly and empathetic veterinarian, Dr. Sendler. Due to construction, the practice is currently only accessible by car from Wattenweiler. I can wholeheartedly recommend her. Scheduling an appointment via WhatsApp is easy!
