Initially, I had complete trust in this veterinary practice and believed my cat was receiving good care there. That's precisely why the end of her illness has hit me so hard. My cat passed away a few days ago, and now I have serious doubts about whether the examination was conducted thoroughly and in a timely manner. In my opinion, the lung problems could have been detected much earlier. This was subsequently confirmed, as these things don't just happen overnight. Instead, I now feel that important things were overlooked or not even attempted. After everything that has happened, I'm left not only with deep grief but also with immense anger. I can't shake the thought that my cat might still be alive today if she had been examined more closely earlier. This feeling has completely shattered my trust in this practice.

We went there to have our cat spayed/neutered and vaccinated. Everyone was very friendly and everything went perfectly. We were very satisfied and would recommend the practice.
