Reviews
Very helpful and informative staff. Bit on the expensive side but you are informed before what it all costs and can adapt the treatment to finances,or take advantage of payment plan. With these your animal comes first.
Very friendly staff. Prices are a bit over the top but you get great service and help.
Very nice clinic and very kind people
In memory of my girl I brought my dog to the clinic on a Friday morning at 10 o’clock. By 11 o’clock that night, I got a phone call asking if they could put her to sleep. The clinic did everything they could. I truly believe that. Sometimes even the best people and the best medicine just aren’t enough. She was only five years old, going on six. We gave her a good life. She was loved every single day. She’d had eye surgery in Cologne, which went perfectly. Everything seemed fine after that — until she started the medication. Then the bleeding started internally. No one could ever really give me a clear answer. They said she had a severe stomach infection and was losing blood somewhere inside. They tried a blood transfusion, but it didn’t save her. I lost my little dog — and I loved her more than words can say. I’m a Scotsman, and she was a Scottish Border Collie. She wasn’t “just a dog”. She was family.
From reception to surgery and aftercare, everything was top-notch. Our Cane Corso, Fee, received TPLO surgery after two cruciate ligament ruptures. Our Zeus has already been here for dental work (a broken canine tooth) And last week he had surgery for an abscess. He currently needs daily bandage changes. We gladly make the long drive from Bochum to Ahlen because our dogs' health is very important to us. We've felt very well cared for at this veterinary clinic for years. Thank you so much for the wonderful care and excellent treatment of our dogs. Our thanks to the entire team.
