Poor service No Follow up possible as no documentation is kept Rude, unhelpful and aggressive receptionists Doctors push for very expensive imaging and procedures without any helpful outcome, they won't even relay the test results and images to your vet. In our visit, doctor handed me pills, when it caused more trouble, we tried to follow up with no results. Asked for the Images and test to be send to the vet so he can diagnose still no help from Anicura staff.

Super nice staff and really short waiting times. The prices are standard.

Fantastic!!! Our vet recommended this clinic when he realized we needed to take our dog to an emergency clinic immediately. From the initial phone call to the first examination, everything was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick. Because it was an emergency, we were seen right away—thank you so much for that! The further procedure was discussed in detail, and the costs were estimated as accurately as possible. We were also informed immediately after the surgery. Our dog stayed for two nights, and we received updates on his condition once or twice a day. Now we have him back healthy and happy, and we are incredibly grateful for the dedication, the love for animals, and the friendliness of the clinic. Thank you so much!!!
