Extremely professional. Very clean. The staff are amazing. They deal with our cat in a very caring way.

Unfortunately after few very good and friendly visits, at Friday I had a bad experience with reception staff (Azubi, as she introduced herself). I called at 18:34 (working time till 19) and also we live 10 minutes from clinic. So, my dog had allergic reaction or something similar, because after a walk her eye started to closing and was swollen. I explained to the girl everything and said that is urgent if we can come for the examination but she refused because they are closing at 19. I explained that we live near and that we can come in 10 min. and that I’m scared because I don’t know what to do. She said that we should come tomorrow or go to Augsburg (100 km far away) because in Augsburg is Emergency clinic for the animals. I also ask her if there is possibility to send picture through email just that doctor can tell me should I go to Augsburg or it’s not that emergent. She refuses that as well. I assume there should be a little bit of empathy if someone wants to work in this profession. I understand that working time was to end soon and I respect that, but also I think that one look at the dog should be enough to calm me and say “It’s not a big deal” or “Yeah, it’s serious, please go to Augsburg, we can’t help you here”. Unfortunately, pets are not on the first place for this girl. I won’t tell that for the whole clinic because we always had a good experience and getting appointments very fast.

We can highly recommend the clinic and especially its friendly, empathetic, and highly skilled staff, and would like to take this opportunity to thank them again for the excellent care our cat received. After our older cat vomited for several days and our local veterinarian was unavailable over the weekend, we took her to the veterinary clinic in Kempten. We were warmly welcomed, our cat was thoroughly examined, and she was cared for as an inpatient over the weekend. The examination results and the proposed treatment were explained to us in detail and very clearly. The anticipated costs were communicated to us transparently in advance. Even after her stay at the clinic, we received very friendly and competent follow-up support over the phone, answering all our questions. Our cat has since recovered very well and is back to her old self!

We arrived at the clinic unannounced on a Saturday morning with our dog as an emergency case, as we were on our way home from Austria. The entire team was incredibly friendly, we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes, and they performed a thorough examination. Our dog was stabilized, allowing us to take him to a 24-hour clinic in Hesse. They even gave us an IV drip to take with us, which he received during the drive. They explained to us twice how to connect and disconnect it and what precautions we needed to take. And all this at a fair price (despite it being a Saturday visit). We have absolutely nothing negative to say, only thanks!
