I had an emergency with my cat and went to the clinic. The staff and the attending veterinarian were so incredibly kind and understanding! I knew immediately that I was entrusting my pet to good hands and that they would do everything they could to save his life. Unfortunately, his undetected illness had progressed too far to keep him alive… I was kept informed and up-to-date even outside of opening hours. I was asked what I felt was okay with them doing and what they were allowed to do. Afterward, I was allowed to pick him up and bring him back again to decide what to do with him in peace. We were given time to say goodbye to him, and we experienced genuine compassion! All the examinations naturally came at a price, but the bill clearly showed me that they had done everything possible to save his life! That's what every pet lover wants. The veterinarian also informed me about the costs beforehand. I would definitely come back with our other cat in an emergency. We felt very well taken care of! Thank you so much for everything!
