They saved our dog, we were on our way to Slovenia, when he was activly bleeding in his chest probably due to ratpoison. They took him in for 4 days, communicated so well and transparant with us and we still have our best friend! Thank you Julia Karell and her team
Even if you have an appointment, even if it is at 8am, you always have to wait at least 20-30minutes. Be respectful to your customers. And if everyone has to wait, every day, maybe do something with the whole booking system.
We liked the vets and how they took grate care of our dog which is realky the onky thingimportan. However the clinic itself is white and sterile and doesn't feel welcoming or calming, and price transparency need improvement. Overall we are still more than satisfied with the treatments.
We brought our kittens there several times. Three times for vaccination and once for emergency. Staffs and doctors could communicate in English pretty well. For emergency, our 4m/o kitten had diarrhea and vomit several times. And we’ve waited around 3 hours for the vet, because there were other cases more urgent than ours, they got fast track and it seemed there was only one doctor in that night. We told another doctor about neutering our kittens, she told me that the clinic will call me next day, I didn’t get any call until the evening. So I called them and asked, the receptionist told she’ll talk with the vet and the doctor’ll contact me “on the same day”, but the doctor’s never got in touch. The next day I called the clinic again and was told the earliest day would be in late of Sep, so I refused and made an appointment at a smaller clinic instead. It’d be great to plan well if you want to bring your pets to get neutered here.
Very good hospitality. Extensive examination of the dog and good medication prescibed. Dog started feeling better already day after.
