I'm completely satisfied. I always book appointments just before closing time because my little Rambo doesn't get along well with other patients. So far, this has worked out perfectly; the last few times I was even completely alone in the practice and was seen immediately. I'm very grateful!
There's absolutely no question that you handle animals well. I'm satisfied with that. I just wish that before further costs are incurred, the owner would be contacted and the situation explained. I found it unpleasant to have to pay a bill today that came as such a surprise... That's why only 3 stars. I'm sorry.
