When a veterinarian dismisses my years of companionship with my pet and judges solely based on the current situation, that is anything but professional. She barely listened; it was always just about administering injections and medications. Of course, it's unpleasant to relieve a suffering animal, and it took me months of deliberation and courage before I could no longer bear to see the animal's suffering and finally went to my vet with this request. Since I was already registered at Dr. Hauk's address but didn't know the practice had changed veterinarians, it was naturally a significant adjustment for me in terms of trust. This has dragged on for months now, and it hasn't stopped. His condition has deteriorated significantly despite the treatments I've tried. I'm going to consult another vet, but I'm never setting foot in that one again.
