Saturday night snowstorm in the Oberberg region!!! Many thanks to Dr. Penz for her warm, kind, and spontaneous help. Emergency with our dog - Dr. Penz was on call, and we didn't arrive at the practice until after midnight. Competent and very conscientious, she knew immediately what to do. She took her time and treated our dog very professionally. We drove home around 1:30 a.m. Dr. Penz was a complete stranger to us, we highly recommend her!!!!
