Today I'm writing down my long-overdue thanks to the vet team here. My 14.5-year-old Goldendoodle, Juli, has been receiving lifelong care here. Time is always taken to give the dog the attention she needs, and Juli enjoys every treatment here, whether it's vaccinations, checking on everything, acupuncture, or traditional Chinese medicine—everything is done with care and compassion. Juli is in the best hands here, and it will stay that way. THANK YOU says Gabriele Tronnier with Juli.

A wonderfully empathetic and competent veterinarian. I've been happily taking my dogs to this practice for many years. The staff are consistently incredibly friendly to both people and animals. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

On the recommendation of 5 E, I called the veterinary practice for my healthy pet. The person on the phone was very friendly and polite. I then drove 100 km there specifically because I really like Dr. Backhaus's approach. I had an appointment at 11 am. If there had been emergencies, I would have understood. But after an hour's wait, I overheard them calling a woman with a dog to ask if she wanted to come by. Probably a neighbor, because she arrived less than four minutes later and went straight into the examination room. I was still sitting in the waiting room at noon without any word. So I took my dog and drove home. 100 km, mind you. And they knew that. Of course, I can't comment on the vet or the assistants, since no one spoke to me. I've seen a lot of veterinary practices, but this one is absolutely appalling. I've made an appointment at the practice in Kiel to get holistic treatment for my assistance dog. It's a shame that pet owners can be treated like this. The one star is only for the pleasant phone call. That was the only positive thing.
