We were here on a late Sunday, because our beloved guinea pig felt sick and couldn't eat or drink anymore, fall apart in such a quick time that the doctor couldn't make miracles and she hat to put end at her suffering 😭😭😭 We paid almost 200€, for two injections; let us the time to say goodbye, understanding our sadness and waited the necessary time until the very end, with also lighting the 🕯️ little candle ❤️. Too sad that she couldn't help...

I took my parents' dog for a heart ultrasound today and felt very well cared for. We were greeted warmly by the veterinary assistants as soon as we walked in, and we didn't have to wait long at all. Ms. Lührs took plenty of time for us and handled Balu the dog with such care and calmness – that immediately put me at ease. The whole team was also very warm and empathetic. Everything was explained clearly and without any rush, and I always felt like I was being taken seriously. You can tell that they work with heart here. We felt truly comfortable – thank you so much!

A beautifully designed practice with two separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs, which makes the stay easier for particularly anxious animals. I've taken my two cats there and felt very well cared for each time. The veterinarians explain everything clearly, handle the animals wonderfully, and the practice team is friendly and accommodating.
