Reviews
Friendly, competent, and empathetic, even with our large but shy dog. Appointments are available at short notice.
Absolutely unfriendly and not recommended! Never again, I can only warn you...unfortunately, their professional competence is also highly questionable.
Never again!!! I'd give zero stars if I could... We had a very urgent animal emergency, and this unpleasant person completely ignored it and even said "thank you for bothering us" at the end of the call. Such incompetence and lack of empathy are unacceptable; I've never experienced such a lack of empathy before.
Absolutely unfriendly!
Extremely unfriendly and completely unprofessional attitude towards the treatment of animals. Convenience and profit seem to be their top priorities. Anyone who cares about their animals should steer clear of this place.
