We were warmly and empathetically greeted by the two very friendly staff members, and Dr. Hajek took ample time, calmly and understandingly cared for our cat, resolving even organizational issues for the owners in a straightforward manner. We have found our new veterinarian. Many thanks, and we wholeheartedly recommend him!

I am very satisfied with the treatment. However, it would be helpful if the expected costs were mentioned during the treatment itself. For example, the treatment costs and medications used – so that one isn't shocked at the end. For instance, I went for a vaccination and expected €40. In the end, it cost €129 because my pet's ears were cleaned and medication was administered.

Despite the stress on the part of the doctor, she helped us a lot, reduced our anxieties, and above all, she always had a listening ear. My two cats were always relaxed too.

A great practice!!! Quick appointments and friendly veterinary assistants! They take plenty of time for both pets and owners. The veterinarian, Ms. Hajek, has the highest standards of professionalism and quality! All questions and concerns are answered! We'll be happy to come back!
