The sisters are friendly and always reachable by phone. Mr. Rühling is empathetic, kind, and professionally competent. He has a great love for animals, which is important to me, as animals are part of the family.

My wife has been a patient at your veterinary practice for many years. She has always been very satisfied and told me about it. Fortunately, I never had to accompany her. Now, one of our beloved pets has once again run too fast (and for no reason), ...a cat. ...it didn't end well. All his limbs looked to be in the right place. However, they were broken. A fractured pelvis, in many places. I listened to the expert opinion of the very kind veterinarian and with heavy hearts and tears, my wife and I accepted the recommendation. My wife stayed with me until the end. I was in the waiting room. I had the opportunity to observe the practice's operations. A very empathetic and friendly team, especially towards all animal lovers and animals. Everyone is very nice and organized. AND ALL OF THEM ARE REASONABLE, UNDERSTANDING, AND CARING!!!
