My personal experience: Visually, the shop appears friendly and inviting – with a mascot, a pleasant atmosphere, and very nice, but to me, rather forced, service. The whole thing feels more like marketing and business than genuine love for animals. Despite this outward friendliness, my own experience there was unfortunately very disappointing. I had the feeling that in the end, it was primarily about money and less about humanity or genuine care. For me, this had tragic consequences, as my little pet sadly didn't make it. This is my personal experience, and I don't want to repeat it.
A wonderful team that always tries to make everything possible. We feel very well taken care of!
