My personal experience: Visually, the shop appears friendly and inviting – with a mascot, a pleasant atmosphere, and very nice, but to me, rather forced, service. The whole thing feels more like marketing and business than genuine love for animals. Despite this outward friendliness, my own experience there was unfortunately very disappointing. I had the feeling that in the end, it was primarily about money and less about humanity or genuine care. For me, this had tragic consequences, as my little pet sadly didn't make it. This is my personal experience, and I don't want to repeat it.

Everything was great. You feel completely well cared for. The staff is very friendly (both the vet and the nurses). Everything is explained very clearly. It took us half an hour to get there, but it was worth it. Highly recommended.

A very empathetic and excellently trained veterinarian; my senior cat with heart disease came through a major dental operation very well thanks to her truly professional surgical equipment. I am simply grateful!
