We went for a tooth extraction on Tuesday. We received friendly and courteous service. Today, Saturday, we had to go back again. My dog Tapsi received friendly and loving care. 👍 After a failed phone call, they even called us back. Thank you for the excellent treatment. Have a nice weekend. I will recommend this practice. 🌺🌺🌺
A very nice team and a very competent veterinarian – I can highly recommend them. I would always go back to her if anything were wrong with my pet. Our Joker unfortunately had to be put down after a serious illness, but they tried everything to help him.
Today, I had to take my dog to the vet's office for the second time due to an unexpected emergency. I'm incredibly grateful for the short-notice appointment and the quick treatment. 🙏🏼 A smile would certainly suit the vet. :) More empathy would also help a sensitive dog and its owner feel more comfortable, instead of being told during wound care that the dog shouldn't be so dramatic and that it's not that bad. I would appreciate more empathy and compassion. A friendly greeting to both animal and patient upon entering the treatment room would also contribute to a more pleasant experience. Therefore, I'm deducting two stars.
Very friendly practice team. Appointments were always scheduled promptly, and waiting times were always very short. My furry boys were always treated with love and respect. We wish the practice team all the best. Kind regards, Anton and Sir Henry. 🐈⬛🐈
Fantastic vet! Friendly and courteous service at fair prices. After visiting several other vets, we're now regulars here with our cats 🐈⬛. Thank you for the service.
