Although my dog ​​isn't a regular patient at this practice because I live out of town, they were able to see him at very short notice. The necessary bandage change was done incredibly professionally and quickly. Dr. Schulte and Ms. Riede were both exceptionally kind and welcoming and gave me wonderful advice. They really thought outside the box for my dog ​​and introduced me to other treatment options I hadn't even considered before, options that take the animal's personality into account. For example, not every treatment method is suitable for anxious dogs – that was news to me. And for me, almost the most valuable outcome was the Elizabethan collar. After trying seven different ones and finding none of them suitable for my dog, I finally got one through this practice that my dog ​​is perfectly comfortable with, sleeps soundly, and even puts on without any fuss. An incredible improvement and a huge relief in my daily life – all at a great price! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at this practice, which I can absolutely recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with the care I received at this veterinary practice. Even though my dog ​​wasn't a patient there, I was immediately given advice over the phone and was able to come in at short notice. The veterinarian and the veterinary assistant were incredibly friendly and took plenty of time for me. It was immediately clear how much love and dedication they have for the animals. I highly recommend this practice!

The reception process this morning was incredibly poor, handled by the blonde veterinary assistant/receptionist. She was very unfriendly, slightly aggressive, and wouldn't let me finish speaking or react with any understanding to sensitive topics – quite the opposite, in fact. At the end of the conversation, she referred me back to my old vet. So, my initial appointments for a check-up and consultation were practically refused in a very rude manner. This is no way to win over clients/patients!

Our dog would say: Woof, woof – a marvel, both medically and personally. Thank you so much for the expert care.
