I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! My dog's life was not only saved here, but she was also treated with an empathy that is rarely found. Winni is an extremely insecure dog with a very short fuse and a history of trauma. The entire team was incredibly sensitive to her needs and took the time she needed to build trust. I would particularly like to highlight the outstanding anesthesia management. Since Winni is a special case, I was very worried, but the pre-operative consultations and the close monitoring during and after the surgery were absolutely professional and reassuring. You can immediately tell that they are working with the latest medical advancements. The aftercare was equally first-class – I felt well cared for and advised at all times.
