I went to the emergency vet on Sunday. He didn't seem very friendly on the phone, and he didn't give me any information about how to get there or what to do. He was less friendly in person, and the extent of the examination was debatable. I was prepared for a high price, which it turned out to be. Overall, he did his job, but from a human perspective, he seemed rather half-hearted. I hope my pet gets better soon.

Dr. Müller arranged an appointment for our dog's vaccination at very short notice, answered our questions professionally and kindly, so I will soon make another appointment with him for our young cat's second vaccination. My overall impression was very good.

The animal was handled very kindly. We felt safe from the beginning, and my dog ​​had complete confidence. A competent and helpful vet who knows his stuff. Thank you again for the competent and prompt assistance. The dog is doing great again.

Booking by phone works perfectly, appointments are available quickly, and there's no long wait. Mr. Müller is excellent, and that's what matters. I think his prices are reasonable; he has to make a living, after all. I'm very happy, and so is my cat 😉
