When the diagnosis came—she was riddled with cancer and urgently needed major surgery for a vaginal tumor—my world completely collapsed. What made the situation so unbearable and intensified my fear beyond measure was that Elly had just undergone surgery for another tumor at my regular veterinarian's office six weeks earlier. My heart was heavy with worry, and I was terrified of her being put under anesthesia again so soon. I suffered terribly during that time; the thought that her little body wouldn't be able to handle it was my constant companion. From the compassionate reception that eased my anxiety about the anesthesia, to the masterful surgery, to the loving care – they didn't just treat a dog here, they truly valued my beloved family member. Today, Elly is doing incredibly well. Of course, I know she's still seriously ill and our time together is limited. But thanks to this successful surgery, we've gained precious time. We'll show her the sea this year and give her the most wonderful remaining life imaginable. That she's so full of energy again after two anesthetics and two surgeries in just six weeks is nothing short of a miracle. You've given her back a huge amount of quality of life and joy. You immediately notice that they don't follow a rigid protocol, but rather work with great care and a strong sense of responsibility. I was already there in 2021 with my dog ​​when he needed treatment for a cruciate ligament rupture – even then, I was very impressed by the professional and successful care. I recently returned to the practice, this time due to two tumor diagnoses that required surgery. Again, my pet received outstanding care, and the procedures were successful. These repeated positive experiences speak for themselves. The practice's modern equipment is particularly impressive. The medical devices are state-of-the-art, enabling precise diagnostics and the best possible treatment. Everything runs smoothly from an organizational standpoint – appointments are well-coordinated, waiting times are reasonable, and the practice staff is always friendly and helpful. My pet not only received excellent medical care here, but was also treated with great calm and respect. This fosters trust and takes a huge weight off my shoulders as an owner. Finally, I'd like to add: Good work, expertise, and modern medical equipment come at a price – and that's absolutely justified. Frankly, I can't understand how some pet owners try to haggle over every penny when it's about the health and well-being of their animal.

I took my little furry friend Spike for surgery again on June 4th, 2026. They removed his spleen and an eye tumor. Thanks to the wonderful, friendly, and empathetic team, he came through it all well. The best veterinary clinic we've ever experienced. Sky was only supposed to have a dental cleaning, but the X-ray revealed severe periodontal disease, so ultimately 18 teeth had to be extracted. The procedure was performed with the utmost professionalism, and the healing process is progressing beautifully – Sky is doing very well. Throughout the entire process, we were in constant contact with the clinic and kept fully informed about every step, which gave us a great deal of peace of mind. Everything was completely stress-free – both for our dog and for us as her owners. Competence, empathy, and a wonderful way with animals. I highly recommend this clinic, and we will definitely continue to use them.

I brought my dog ​​here today as an emergency case due to suspected poisoning. Even though this isn't usually part of the practice's services, they were able to see us on short notice, and the dog was thoroughly examined and treated immediately without any waiting time. Everything was great: The team was very friendly, and even the dog, apart from the unpleasant but necessary treatment, seemed comfortable and appears to be back to normal.
