A competent veterinarian. You feel like your pet is in good hands. Unfortunately, her practice was terminated, and her new practice will be located in Selbecke, Hagen, starting December 1, 2025.

I love her, a very competent woman who focuses on helping the animal and not on the money, as I've experienced with some others. Parking is limited, but the patience is worth it. Thank you so much, Dr. Hausmann, for the excellent advice and treatment of my cat Jerry ❤️

Ms. Hausmann wanted to take a stool sample from my dog. When he snapped at her back once during the third attempt, she hit him (not hard, but that's completely unacceptable!). I was totally shocked. Besides that, she's a complete COVID denier and wants to convince everyone else of that. I was so glad when I finally got out of there.

Unfortunately, the quality of treatment has drastically declined. The animals receive only superficial care, and all attention is consumed by attempts to steer the owners in the right direction. COVID-19 safety measures are ignored, and customers are forced to remove their masks in the practice. There is no longer any qualified staff present, so owners often have to assist at the table during procedures... it's a shame, but we will not be returning to this practice!

If other practices promote left-wing ideologies, that's fine. But if a practice is affiliated with the AfD or even allows you to enter without a mask, there's a huge outcry. One is celebrated, the other isn't even tolerated. We've always felt well looked after. Whether the doctor is left-wing, right-wing, or apolitical shouldn't matter at all. Yes, the prices aren't the cheapest, but we know our animals are in good hands.
