The best person I have ever seen treating an animal. Last November I came with our hamster because it had a bulb, Ms. Bodenberger told me that it was a tumor and the hamster will not survive a surgery. She said “it looks happy, take care of it while she looks happy and if there is a moment you see it suffering then give me a call”, when she was pronouncing these words, she was caressing our hamster in an incredible lovely way. Despite the bad news, she made the hamster and me feel cared an accompanied. Since then our family has been intensively focused on the hamster happiness and my kids learned a lot about life, feelings, pets, love, care, accompaniment, the value of the moments and the impermanence of them. This morning our hamster passed away and i cannot forget how lovely was Ms. Bodenberger, she has passion for animals, she is gifted. Thanks a lot from the deepest of our hearts!!
