A fantastic veterinarian; she takes her time and cares lovingly for her patients. My cat is a real scaredy-cat, but he's not panicky with her.

Perhaps it would be okay for uncomplicated, non-anxious animals, but for my sensitive dog and me, the two appointments were horrendous. Not only did Dr. Kraus pull out my seriously ill, old dog's fur because some tufts were sticking out but still firmly attached, but she was also very rough and impatient. A veterinarian shouldn't behave like that. My anxious, trembling dog sensed her rejection and refused to have her blood drawn, constantly pulling her paw away. She then screamed at her: "My God, what's wrong with you? You're so sensitive!" Similar comments followed several more times. I then terminated the treatment. Fortunately, I subsequently found a vet with a heart. My dog ​​immediately felt comfortable with her and allowed her to draw blood and be treated without any problems. Despite asking, I never received the results of the stool sample from Dr. Kraus. Unbelievable!
