Reviews
Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly – we felt neither welcome nor well-advised. Furthermore, the opening hours are unreliable. We prefer to go to a practice where we feel more comfortable.
I didn't have time to go to this clinic and was already disappointed. The dog had an eye ache, I said we'd blown it out, they told me to come back, I came and they were closed, even though they close at 7 pm. And they didn't even tell me what the price was or how much the examination cost.
My daughter's Yorkie (nicknamed Teddy) has been receiving treatment, care, vaccinations, and regular checkups here since 2009. He's now 14 years old. There has NEVER been anything to complain about! Always thorough examinations, she takes plenty of time for consultations, and the prices are reasonable. The issue with scheduling appointments, wearing a mask, and waiting outside is due to the CORONA madness, so I would ask some people here to stop complaining. I can highly recommend this vet!
A veterinarian who doesn't listen to what's said and only wants to make money. I went to the practice and repeatedly stated that I wanted to get my dog vaccinated. After a short wait, I was allowed into the examination room. She then said she would begin examining the dog, even though I told her he had already been checked. She then said that she has to examine the dogs before every vaccination. After the examination, she also wanted to deworm my dog (even though he had just been dewormed). I refused and reiterated that I was there for the vaccination. She then said that she didn't have any vaccines on hand and that they wouldn't arrive for another two weeks. In effect, I had to pay for an examination I didn't want. And I didn't get the vaccination I came for. And yet I still had to pay €65, even though I didn't get what I wanted. After the examination, she wanted to deworm my dog as well. She also mentioned that the vaccination would cost much more than €30, even though the internet says it costs €30. I then went to a different vet and there I only had to pay €30.
