Reviews
Very recommended, the doctor is very nice and informative
Friendly and professional environment with two highly qualified and experienced doctors.
I can neither doubt nor particularly judge the doctors' abilities. However, their general handling of appointments is incomprehensible to me. For an existing appointment, I had to leave work early after my night shift. I brought my one-year-old cat to the practice a few minutes before the appointment and left her standing in the cold in the middle of February for ten minutes until I rang the bell several minutes after the scheduled appointment time and opening time to be let in. After incurring taxi costs, having to go hungry, the stress of the journey, and the cold, I was then informed that the appointment had been canceled by the practice because it hadn't been reconfirmed after being entered into the system. A phone call, which my wife answered, apparently didn't go through, as neither of us could hear anything (calling the practice back was useless), and a two-line email that had been overlooked. It's practically unheard of, since the appointment was already an exception due to the short notice set by the reception. I have no idea why an appointment of this nature requires reconfirmation. Luckily, the appointment was "only" for neutering and not for life-saving treatment; otherwise, they would probably have let the animal die because they missed a call at noon after the night shift. If a vet did that to me, I would probably report them. In this case, I can only look for another vet and figure out how to cope with a cat in heat for the next month who pees in every corner, on electrical outlets, and meows all day long. Great service. In short: Unnecessary costs, stress for the animal and for the owners, all because the practice doesn't trust a registered, short-notice, urgent appointment without repeated confirmation. Never experienced anything like this before, and I don't need to again.
Competent, friendly, and helpful. Heart and expertise in the right place. They examine what's necessary and avoid unnecessary procedures that might cost money. The available technical equipment, such as the lab, ultrasound, ECG, etc., is also excellent. With my old bow leg, I feel I'm in the best hands here, as Ms. Dietrich also understands the musculoskeletal system. Thumbs up from Jannis and me!
We've been taking our Golden Retriever, Cooper, to Dr. Dietrich for three years now – and are, "unfortunately," regulars. But if we're going to the vet regularly, then this is the place to go! Dr. Dietrich and her team are an absolute godsend for us. They're incredibly skilled and incredibly empathetic. Every single time, we feel we're in the best hands, taken seriously, and given expert advice. They always help quickly, even on weekends and via Facebook message in emergencies. That's definitely not something you can take for granted these days and shows how much dedication and passion Dr. Dietrich has for her work. Thank you so much for everything – we couldn't wish for a better veterinary practice! 🐾💛
