Fantastic service..very happy to have them for our cats..
I can highly recommend this practice. The price-performance ratio is excellent; they cared for my cats for years. I can only say you are a fantastic team! And thank you so much!
Trying to contact her by phone is a disaster. The helper answers, but then always says "one moment please" and then nothing happens. I was on hold for 12 minutes once, and then another 8 minutes, and she just doesn't answer again. Conveniently for her, all the other lines are busy too.
I think they're great, I've been taking my bunnies to them since the beginning. Whether it's vaccinations, dental work, or neutering, everything is always great. The way they handle the furry friends is simply wonderful ;)
I'd give it 6/5 stars if I could! 😄 You always leave the conversation feeling good.
