We are very satisfied with Dr. Bronnert. He is very empathetic, attentive to the animals, careful, and trustworthy. Our dogs are not at all afraid of him or the practice. All treatments so far have been appropriate, and he has always explained the necessity of each one. While we certainly have plenty of other veterinarians in our area, we gladly make the 30km trip each way.

Excellent veterinary practice! They not only have a professional background but also excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with both patients and owners! No unnecessary treatments, and honest words even when it's not easy. I highly recommend the team and am very grateful for their help so far! Through thick and thin. Please keep up the great work!

I met Dr. Bronnert during a time of extreme distress. My cat, Schätzelein, had to be euthanized, and my usual vet was closed. Even during my desperate, distraught phone call to schedule an appointment, the practice team was incredibly empathetic and understanding. At the practice, we were shown to a separate room where, thankfully, we could wait alone. Very respectful. Dr. Bronnert handled this heartbreaking situation with such sensitivity, calm, and respect, including towards Schätzelein, that it was incredibly comforting, no matter how terribly sad and upsetting everything was for me. If I ever have another pet, he would be my vet of choice.

My dog ​​may have blood poisoning and is in a lot of pain, among other things. We've lost a lot of money, and the pain has been unbearable. Not just my dog's pain, but mine too. I'm talking about Dr. Bronnert. Another doctor said antibiotics were URGENTLY needed before blood poisoning could develop. My cat and especially my dog ​​are in better hands elsewhere.

We are more than satisfied with this veterinary practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly and competent, and they always take the time to address any questions or concerns. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Our dog, Ginger, feels very well cared for there, and we, as her owners, always have a very good feeling about her visits. The treatments have always been professional, honest, and empathetic. We especially appreciate the calm and gentle way the animals are treated.
