Five stars are not enough; I would give more than 100 if I could. EXCELLENT professional, charismatic, empathetic, not pressured by time, and truly understands the meaning of our pets. She understood that our Minnie (cat) is our daughter and treated her as such. I would say she doesn't see animals as patients but as angels, and she is a true pediatrician. We were delighted with the care she gave our little cat and how she explained everything to us in such detail.

Dr Josten is an incredibly kind and understanding vet. I visited her to take the Sachkundenachweis nach § 11 Abs. 3 LHundG NRW in English, but she was also nice enough to listen and help me with a big problem I am having with my dog. I would like to give her 15 stars but they only let me give 5, schade...

This is the best veterinary practice I have ever been to. They have been seeing my cat for a few years. The staff is so kind with my cat, and they take so much time to thoroughly examine everything. They help me with prescription food as my cat is allergic to everything. For the time and effort they put in, their pricing is very reasonable. When I call to make an appointment, they are always flexible and move you up if it's an emergency. Dr Jösten speaks English. I usually do early morning appointments to be sure I can find a parking spot. There is street parking. I have always found a spot, but there is not a parking surplus.
