upd. unfortunately I have to change my review. they became unreasonably expensive, the praxises nearby cost 3-4 times cheaper. i often feel like they mostly care about the money. the staff changes constantly, every time there's a new employee I haven't seen before. They also have a problem with a card-payment: their machine thinks that my German (!) card is not european and charges me several extra percents. It happened already twice and they are not trying to fix this problem. Some doctors and employees are nice and caring, and it's also open on weekends, so it can be helpful, but i don't think the prices are justified by this. A very friendly and helpful team. They also speak English. My cat suddenly looked sick, so I found that Bello & Co. was one of the few clinics in the area that was open during lunch time. We were very lucky that there was no line. Unfortunately, we could not be present during the examination because of Covid. But the doctor was very friendly and reassuring. They gave her meds, and when we were back the cat was already looking much better and finally could eat. Thank you so much for your help!

I’m so grateful that I found them. It’s very rare to find a people like them. So much kindness and professionalism. They are so helpful and caring. I will treat my Cat forever here. They save her life when she was in the worst condition. Thank you ✨

The place was clean, the veterinary spoke very good English and was very friendly. They took the time to explain what we should do with our pet and gave us recommandations. It was 60 euros to vaccinate our cat, I don't really know the average prices in Berlin for that so I can't really give my opinion. Good experience overall.

The practice is friendly and reasonably priced. They were one of the very few clinics open for emergencies during the holidays. The room with reception and waiting area was small but the examination room was spacious. The doctor and her staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had a small emergency with our cat after 8pm. The team welcomed us immediately, although we are not their patient, helped us out very kindly and professionally and took the time to give us advice. Thank you!
