Simply perfect for over 20 years! A wonderful couple with impeccable service. They're realistic and authentic.
I've been a patient there with my dog for several years, and every time we've been there—even short-notice appointments were always possible—we've been treated with great patience and empathy. Competence and help were always readily available; we felt well cared for and in good hands. Now I've had to say goodbye to my dog, as she was seriously ill, and even then, we were shown great empathy and given ample time to say our goodbyes. Very kind, explained everything they were doing, reasonably priced. They don't speak english, but were speaking german slowly so I could understand. Also the doctor could understand russian Positive experience!
