Not impressed. When I come to consultation, my dog started coughing and Dr. Bartl even didn't stand up from his chair to check whats happened with her and recommended go to other clinic. Such unkindly.

I've been taking my two beloved cats to Dr. Bartl for five years. He's a loving and excellent veterinarian, and above all, he's incredibly calm, which he transmits to the animals. My cats are completely relaxed during the entire examination because he doesn't treat them in any way that could unnecessarily stress them. Initially, I went to a different vet where my cats were practically snatched out of my hands and held down by the staff wearing gloves, even though my two sweethearts are incredibly sweet and let him do anything to them. Then they would examine and treat this and that, and before I knew it, I was several hundred euros poorer, and my pets were completely terrified and upset. Dr. Bartl is always there to offer advice and support. Moreover, Dr. Bartl truly cares about the animals and not just about the money. I can recommend him without reservation. I hope Dr. Bartl will continue to care for my two cats for many years to come.

My vet was closed today (Saturday) and I was very worried about my recently operated dog. We were able to come in, and he examined her, took her temperature, checked the prescribed medications, and we discussed the procedure. He was very clear in his explanation of what the right course of action was, and he didn't even charge a fee. Thank you so much for that and for the pleasant conversation.

I am very dissatisfied with this veterinarian. The examination lasted at most a minute, hardly anything was done, and I was charged over €70. Before that, he had also overcharged me for two injections – €170 or more, I can't remember exactly. My pet is still no better after the visit. I had the impression that I was being ripped off, and I will never go there again.
