I took my dog ​​Teddy there for the first time. The veterinarian, Dr. Etzold, performed the treatment. I was given a thorough explanation of each step. Diagnosing Teddy wasn't easy, as he was having trouble breathing. He was initially prescribed antibiotics. After a few days, Dr. Etzold called me to check on Teddy's condition – I've never experienced anything like it. Since there hadn't been any significant improvement, I was asked to take him to the practice in Mahlow, as they have the necessary small instruments for Teddy (endoscopy for very small noses). I discovered a raccoon dog that had been hit by a car on my walk, and no one was willing to help me. This practice did. Thank you very much, even though the little one had to be put down in the end.

A very nice practice with many friendly staff members who lovingly cared for our cat. The practice can also take x-rays of the jaw and was therefore our first choice. This was all in preparation for dental surgery in two weeks.
