I came to the emergency vet clinic on the weekend, my first time there, with my dog ​​practically dead. A week later, he's slowly getting better, thanks to Mr. Lössner's quick thinking and decisive action. We're still undergoing treatment, but the chances are good. He explained all the available options to me in detail, always keeping the dog's well-being in mind – he shouldn't suffer. My dog ​​is already 14 years old, but I'll be incredibly grateful if we have a little more time together. I really appreciate Mr. Lössner's calm and competent approach, his willingness to try everything possible without raising false hopes, and the costs are reasonable too. As a postscript, half a year has passed, and my dog ​​has made a full recovery. I am truly grateful to Mr. Lössner for that. ... Our dog has since passed away at the age of 17, but we were fortunate enough to have another year and a half with him. Now, we've been taking our new puppy to the vet since he was nine weeks old, and we're receiving excellent care and valuable advice. A good vet is a gift!

Great vet. Mr. Lößner was on call today, and we called about a kitten, and 20 minutes later we were allowed to come in right away. He took his time and took our concerns seriously.
