He’s such a nice and genuine doctor
I took my cat to the vet today because he was having trouble swallowing. I walked there for about 30 minutes. Once there, I was told they couldn't look down his throat and that my cat would need anesthesia. I was also told I didn't have an appointment. Unfortunately, I felt my cat wasn't properly examined and I didn't receive any concrete help or a timely appointment. I'm disappointed because I would have liked more support and empathy in this situation.
